Brandshatch Place Hotel & Spa, a heritage country house hotel in Fawkham Green, Kent, part of Hand Picked Hotels, has won ‘Boutique Wedding Venue of the Year’ at the annual Kent Wedding Awards 2014.
The coveted ‘Boutique Wedding Venue of the year’ award is aimed at venues that offer an elegant location for couples seeking a more intimate space for their big day. Entering the Kent Wedding Awards for the 3rd time, the team from Brandshatch Place were delighted to win the award.
The prestigious judging panel comprised the wedding gift list managers of Debenhams, Coast, Marks & Spencer and House of Fraser along with four engaged couples from Kent. The judges described Brandshatch Place as ‘a hidden gem of a wedding venue’ and admired the hotel’s intimate atmosphere and the special features available to couples such as pre-wedding relaxation treatments at the spa. The range of options available to provide a bespoke wedding also impressed the judges.
