Hand Picked Hotels is undertaking a £2.5m refurbishment of the Health Club & Spa at St Pierre Park Hotel and Golf Resort in Guernsey.
The investment programme will include a new pool hall with the latest heat experiences, an outside sun terrace and hot tub and a new, much larger gym space with the latest fitness and functional training equipment, plus a separate fitness zone for resistance and free weights training.
In addition, there will be a new spa concept, with five treatments rooms, a relaxation room and a new dedicated manicure and pedicure area, with a new spa changing room. The male and female club changing rooms will also be redesigned to provide greater space and will have direct access to the pool area.
The club will close while the work is undertaken, from 6pm on Friday 30 October, and will reopen in the summer of 2016. Memberships will be refunded during the period of closure. The hair salon will be relocated and will remain open as usual. A range of spa treatments will be available in a special temporary area. Studio classes will continue as normal.
