Please note that Hand Picked Hotels gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase national delivery meal boxes or click and collect items from the Hand Picked at Home service.

The Voucher may not be exchanged for cash and is non-refundable.

Each Voucher must be redeemed in full and no change will be given.

On the day of your booking, please bring your Gift Voucher with you and inform one of our team members that you wish to use it for payment.
