At the Georgian Restaurant, our chefs are passionate about cooking for the season, showcasing the region’s freshest and best produce on our menus, in partnership with our trusted local suppliers. Our dishes consist of hearty classics through to fresh, simple flavours, enhanced with wild garlic and herbs foraged from the kitchen’s garden and grounds beyond.
Take advantage of our extensive wine and beverage list, which has been carefully cultivated to bring you the best of old and new world wines. Our knowledgeable service team are on hand to help with a selection to complement your meal or to simply arrange your favourite beer, cocktail or soft drink.
